I help nonprofits build development systems that last.
I work with small and mid-sized organizations to design CRM systems, fundraising workflows, and reporting structures that reduce chaos, protect staff, and support long-term growth.
What I Focus On:
Development Systems
CRM configuration, donor data hygiene, gift processing workflows, and reporting structures that people actually trust and use.
Strategic Infrastructure
Designing systems that reflect how your organization really works.
Fractional & Interim Support
Project-based and part-time support that gives organizations experienced operational leadership without a full-time hire.
Sustainable Results
Repeatable tools, templates, and processes that can be carried forward as organizations grow.
My Approach:
I’m especially interested in helping organizations build efficient, durable infrastructure that preserves institutional knowledge through systems, not heroics.
That means encoding hard-earned lessons into workflows, reports, and tools so decisions can remain consistent even as organizations grow. Sometimes this looks like automation. Sometimes it’s a carefully designed spreadsheet. Often, it’s a system that quietly prevents the same mistake from happening twice and saves teams from reinventing the wheel.
This approach protects both staff and the organization by reducing frustration and burnout, giving new employees a clearer starting point, and making staff and leadership transitions far less disruptive.

If you think this kind of support would be helpful, I’m happy to talk!
